Melissa Convertible Bag in Italian Vegtan Cowhide Leather
It’s been hard to find fun in our city with COVID-19 affecting the local restaurants, bars, venues, and so much more. We had to find our own fun outside during our Winter 2021 Lookbook photoshoot with Jazmin and Shelly. So, we walked around our Chicago neighborhood of Logan Square and stopped at places that caught our eye. One place we stopped at was Amigo Foods at Kimball and Cortland.
Our short time here was very cute, to be honest. As I was sprawled out on the railing showing Shelly example poses (lol), the owner came out and asked if everything was ok. When we told him we were just shooting photos because we liked his signs and the way the building looked, he said “Ok good, as long as you’re happy!” When we were done, Jazmin went inside to buy paper towels for her home to show our respect by supporting their business, the cutest thing happened.
The owner offered to give Jazmin the paper towels for free! He was just so grateful we appreciated and respected his store front. Jazmin took a photo of the owner and another family member inside the store. She’s planning on bringing them a copy. It is kind acts like this that reminds us what a great city and community we’re apart of.
I just wanted to share the story behind these photos of Shelly using the Melissa Convertible Bag. If you’re more interested in the bag than the story itself… this exact bag is currently for sale here but I can also share the information on it, in case you want to order this in the future.
