Inspiration from our Adventure in Spain

My husband and I spend 10 days exploring, flying, and driving (surprisingly more than 1300 miles) from McHenry, to Chicago, to Barcelona, Ibiza, Granada, Valencia Community, back to Barcelona, and eventually back home to Chicago and Mchenry. We really made the most of our time to say the least! We found such beautiful items, environments, architecture, and of course food. I love traveling with my husband! Here are some photos I thought that were worth sharing as inspirational images I can use toward my future designs. I have already started sketching new bag style ideas and I can’t wait to start the designing process in the first few months of 2024!

  • A leatherworkers workshop and store in a historical cobblestone narrow road neighborhood in Barcelona.

  • Details of one of the Barcelona Gaudi homes that blew my mind.

  • Yours truly wearing the Give It Hell x Bird Trouble On The Road Hip Bag in Ibiza in front of very, very old covenant housing.

  • An Ibiza neighborhood bar own and ran by a fashion designer / artist and her partner. She sold her art and her cat sat next to me in a chair.

  • Some leather bags in cool shapes and designs scattered amongst airports, stores, and market areas that caught my eye.

  • Architectural details so old you can’t even fathom it puts you in awe

  • Natural spaces so perfect it’s hard to believe they exist.
